PROJECT OVERVIEW
Eyedentity is a dynamic e-commerce catalog and content platform designed for a premium eyewear brand in Harare, Zimbabwe. The platform bridges the gap between digital discovery and personalized service by implementing a "Direct-to-WhatsApp" e-commerce model. It features a robust product management system, a fully-featured SEO-optimized blog, and a custom CMS allowing the client to manage site-wide content without code.
THE CHALLENGE
Eyedentity needed a digital presence that could handle a growing inventory of eyewear products while maintaining a personal connection with customers in a market where WhatsApp is the primary communication tool.
